McDonald's restaurant is seeking a dependable Maintenance/Custodian Team Member to help keep facilities clean and equipment in good working order. The role includes daily fryer oil filtering, cleaning windows, stockrooms and restrooms, and unloading deliveries a couple times a week.

Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $22.30 per hour, with actual starting rate based on experience and staffing needs. Benefits include health, vision, dental, life, and paid leave among others.

• Maintain outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness.
• Keep restaurant equipment in good working condition.
• Filter fryer oil daily.
• Maintain exterior grounds.

• Unload delivery trucks approximately twice per week.
• Remove trash and empty trash compactor.
• Replace light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC and exhaust units.
• Report equipment or facility concerns to restaurant management.
• Follow workplace safety and food safety procedures.

Position Responsibilities

The Maintenance/Custodian Team Member assists restaurant management in maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and keeping restaurant equipment in good working condition.

The restaurant will provide the tools and training needed to succeed.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Filtering fryer oil daily
• Maintaining the restaurant's exterior grounds
• Cleaning restaurant equipment
• Cleaning interior and exterior windows
• Cleaning stockrooms and restrooms
• Unloading delivery trucks approximately twice per week
• Removing trash and emptying the trash compactor
• Replacing light bulbs
• Cleaning HVAC and exhaust units
• Removing debris from the roof
• Completing routine cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks
• Reporting equipment or facility concerns to restaurant management
• Following workplace safety and food safety procedures
