Job summary

Zax LLC is seeking a Restaurant Utility Worker to support the Zaxbys location with cleaning and preventative maintenance. You will help maintain a safe, clean environment and handle basic repairs and equipment checks.

Responsibilities include completing training, following safety procedures, and logging maintenance activities, with part-time or full-time hours and a flexible schedule to accommodate shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Part-time: Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week.
• Full-time: Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Train per Zax LLC requirements and safety procedures.
• Oversee location to provide a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled day-to-day cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Inspect, operate, or test equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
• Oversee repair of minor lighting issues and prevent downtime.
• Perform deep cleaning and pressure washing inside and outside the location.
• Interpret equipment manuals and work orders accurately.
• Regularly inspect grounds, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and outlets for preventative care.
• Make basic repairs as necessary and maintain maintenance records.
