Job summary

Off The Hook in Gonzales, LA is hiring a dedicated team member to support fast-paced kitchen operations and keep dining areas clean and organized. You will help ensure every meal meets our premium Real Cajun Real Fast standards while assisting with basic prep and maintaining sanitation throughout shifts.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be willing to work evenings and weekends. Some college is a plus; valid driver's license preferred.
