Job summary

Off The Hook is seeking a team-oriented individual to help maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced Cajun kitchen and dining environment. You will support the team by keeping storage areas, walkways, and dining spaces clean and safe, while adhering to sanitation standards.

The role requires reliability, ability to work evenings and weekends, and willingness to participate in training programs. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for work related functions and training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of outside storage areas, windows, parking areas, and walkways
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of indoor ceilings, baseboards, corners, windows, and other areas as assigned
