  • Set up and breakdown of restaurant line
  • Stock and maintain food stations
  • Follow proper storage procedures per health and hotel standards
  • Adhere to departmental policies and service standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation
  • Prepare food according to recipes and quality standards efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Positive, professional attitude towards coworkers and guests
  • Attention to detail and responsibility
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Minimum 1+ years culinary experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Intermediate cooking skills required
  • Ability to work with moderate supervision
  • Physical stamina to lift, push, pull, and stand for entire shift
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; primary shift is 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm
