Our Team Members receive:

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour PLUS average tips per hour of $3.75 - $4.50 per hour (based on other N.CA Urban Plates restaurant locations)

• Earn tips for every hour worked, in addition to hourly pay

Restaurant Line Cook - Grill, Carve, Bowls:

Primary Responsibilities:

A Line Cook - Hot Side Team Member is responsible for the preparation, production, and service of visually appealing, high-quality foods, on the “Hot Side” of the line; primarily in the Bowls, Carve/ Grill, Soup, Braise stations in accordance with Urban Plates’ recipes and procedures.
