Johnny’s Pizza/Johnny Brusco's New York Style Pizza in Kennesaw, GA is hiring motivated cooks for a fast-paced neighborhood kitchen. You will read orders, prepare a variety of menu items, operate kitchen equipment, and help deliver timely, high‑quality meals.

Prior cook experience is preferred but not required. Reliable transportation, punctuality, teamwork, and coachable attitude are essential as we uphold fresh NY‑style pizza, subs, and Italian dinners for our neighbors.

Responsibilities:

• Reading orders and preparing a vast array of menu items.


• Ability to operate kitchen equipment.


• Coordinate food orders to support accurate and timely delivery to each table.


• Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards.


• Follow recipe and presentation standards to WOW our guests.


• Label food and rotate properly (FIFO).

Requirements:

• Prior cook experience is preferred, but not required.


• Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time and prepare for each scheduled shift.


• Ability to work within a team.


• Good communication skills and ability to be coached and try new things.
