7-Eleven is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant team in Fountain Inn, SC. This role includes supervising daily operations and serving as a trainer for staff through our Leader Trainee program.

You will coach employees, oversee hiring, ensure Health Department compliance, manage merchandising and marketing programs, and analyze P&L/store reports to drive improvements. A high school diploma is preferred, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, for all restaurant employees.
• Strong focus on retention by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Oversee restaurant condition and compliance with Health Department Standards.
