Job summary

7-Eleven in Lincoln, AL is seeking a Restaurant Leader Trainee to join our store management team. You will receive hands-on training to supervise daily operations, coach staff, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You'll build leadership skills, learn P&L basics, merchandising, and health/safety standards while advancing along a clear internal career path with strong promotion from within.

Qualifications

• Oversee and develop customer service leadership across the team.
• Coach and mentor staff to achieve store goals.
• Demonstrate ability to interpret basic store financials and reports.
