Job summary

Wendy's in Mont Belvieu, TX is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead the restaurant team, deliver excellent guest experiences, and drive sales and operations to meet company standards.

You will recruit, train, and coach team members, schedule flexibly, ensure food safety, manage costs, and uphold Wendy's brand while fostering a fun, family atmosphere for staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
