SBH Foods Popeyes is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to partner with the General Manager, lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in Merritt Island, Florida. You will drive restaurant operations, maintain standards, and support scheduling and food preparation while growing your leadership skills.

The role offers hands-on leadership opportunities, ongoing training, and a clear path from Crew to Area Leadership, with store bonuses tied to performance.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with leadership experience in restaurant, food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Ability to make decisions and lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Passion for coaching and motivating team members.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work various stations.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to meeting training and certification requirements.

Responsabilités

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant performance.
• Lead shifts and supervise food preparation and restaurant activities.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve any concerns promptly.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
• Train, coach, and develop enthusiastic team members.
• Create and adjust team schedules based on restaurant needs.
• Manage food and inventory efficiently while following Popeyes procedures.
• Work hands-on across multiple restaurant stations as needed.
• Foster a positive, engaging environment for team members and guests.
• Demonstrate integrity and uphold the culture of Popeyes and SBH Foods.
