SBH Foods is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to partner with the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations and coaching the team at Popeyes. You will lead shifts, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold strict food safety and quality standards across all stations.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with preferred leadership experience in restaurant, food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Ability to make decisions and lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Passion for coaching and motivating team members.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work various stations.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to meeting training and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant performance.
• Lead shifts and supervise food preparation and restaurant activities.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve any concerns promptly.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
• Train, coach, and develop enthusiastic team members.
• Create and adjust team schedules based on restaurant needs.
• Manage food and inventory efficiently while following Popeyes procedures.
• Work hands-on across multiple restaurant stations as needed.
• Foster a positive, engaging environment for team members and guests.
