Job summary

Cache Creek is seeking a dishwashing/kitchen utility team member. Ensures all soiled dishes in the restaurants, EDR, Bingo, server areas and kitchen have been cleaned thoroughly. Cleans and maintains all kitchen machinery and the dishwashing area.

No prior experience or training is required, and applicants must be at least 18 years of age. The role emphasizes safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all kitchen equipment.
• Ensures all trash cans in kitchen and restaurant areas are emptied as needed.
• Disposes of cooking oil into the oil bin daily.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen and dish room floors at the end of each shift.
• Sweep and mop EDR as needed and in a timely manner.
• Washes restaurant, Bingo Snack Bar, kitchen, EDR and dish room mats whenever required.
• Wipes down all kitchen walls.
• Cleans storage racks in walk-ins and dry storage racks.
• Cleans ovens and warmers.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains all stations.
• Assists in maintaining cleanliness of kitchen vents and hoods and deep cleaning according to the daily/weekly cleaning schedule.
• Helps cook and prepare food products when needed.
• Always maintain a safe, sanitary and accident free working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
