Kitchen Manager Role

As a Kitchen Manager, you are responsible for food production and managing the Back-of-the-House operations using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures, and systems. Your goal is to ensure quality food, recipe adherence, and cleanliness for our guests. Additionally, as part of the restaurant operations management team, you will oversee overall restaurant operations, including food quality, safety, production, and labor management in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.

Requirements

1. Strong, stable work history with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant.
2. Education and training typically associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
3. Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
4. Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
