Restaurant Kitchen Manager

Compensation Range: $78,000.00

The Restaurant Kitchen Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day kitchen operations, with an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a Brand ambassador, they uphold our company's standards, crafting an unparalleled experience for Guests through scratch cooking, unique artisanal American food, and gourmet burgers. Responsible for inventory, ordering, and key P&L lines, this position is critical to our restaurant's success. Our Kitchen Manager fosters a culture that continuously strives for improvement and embraces a 'better for being here' mentality.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Minimum of 2 years management experience
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a passionate team
• Solid P&L knowledge
• Ability to obtain required certifications/permits as per state/local law
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of local and state health codes
• Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot Schedules
• Previous team management experience

Pay Range (Base Pay): $78,000.00

Additional Compensation: Variable Bonus, Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program, Paid Parental Leave
