As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for food production and managing the Back-of-the-House operations using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures, and systems to ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met. You will also oversee overall restaurant operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor management, especially in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.

Requirements:

• Strong, stable work history with management experience in high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurants.
• Education and training typically associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
