Fabio Viviani Hospitality Group’s Giostra in Barrington, IL is seeking a dependable, hands-on Keyholder to lead floor operations during scheduled shifts, open or close, and serve as a trusted point person when management isn’t on duty.

This role emphasizes independent decision-making, strong guest service, and the ability to manage guest flow with calm efficiency. Training will cover opening/closing procedures, POS duties, and leadership expectations.

• Assist guests with seating, reservations, and special requests.
• Handle routine guest questions and escalate issues to management when needed.
