Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly using established service standards.
• Present menus consistently and provide high-quality service.

• Answer calls and manage reservations or direct to the right person.
• Communicate guest needs to restaurant staff to ensure satisfaction.
• Refill beverages and clear items per procedures.
• Follow safe food handling and hygiene practices.

• Perform opening/closing side duties per checklists.
