South Coast Winery Resort & Spa in Temecula, CA is seeking a friendly, professional Restaurant Host to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure smooth seating and service flow.

You will be the first and last impression, coordinating with servers and managers to deliver exceptional dining experiences; prior host or hospitality experience preferred; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; compensation $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous host, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Manage reservations and waitlists using the restaurant reservation system.
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus.
• Coordinate seating arrangements to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff regarding guest needs and table status.
• Answer restaurant phone calls and assist guests with inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance area.
• Assist with special events, large parties, and guest accommodations.
• Provide exceptional service consistent with South Coast Winery Resort & Spa standards.
