As a host, you’ll greet guests at the door, determine where they’d like to sit, and guide them to their table while making casual conversation.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive and thank them upon departure.
Meet the needs of guests with special requests or accommodations.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory controls and the State Gaming Agency.
Answer phones and handle reservations and messages.
Maintain an accurate waitlist when necessary.
Occasionally bus tables to expedite seating.
Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and third parties, reflecting positively on the venue, brand, and company.

Qualifications

Must be RAMP certified.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Good reading, writing, and basic mathematical skills.
Ability to review seating charts and manage reservations.
High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience in a high-volume, service-focused environment.
