As a host, you’ll greet guests at the door, determine where they’d like to sit, and guide them to their table while making casual conversation.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers as they arrive and thank them upon departure.
  • Meet the needs of guests with special requests or accommodations.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory controls and the State Gaming Agency.
  • Answer phones and handle reservations and messages.
  • Maintain an accurate waitlist when necessary.
  • Occasionally bus tables to expedite seating.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and third parties, reflecting positively on the venue, brand, and company.

Qualifications

  • Must be RAMP certified.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Good reading, writing, and basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to review seating charts and manage reservations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience in a high-volume, service-focused environment.
