Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon arrival and thank them upon departure.
- Meet special needs or requests for accommodations for parties.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory controls and the State Gaming Agency.
- Answer phones, take messages, and handle reservations.
- Maintain an accurate wait list when necessary.
- Bust tables occasionally to expedite seating of waiting guests.
- Use communication skills effectively when interacting with guests, employees, and third parties, reflecting positively on the venue, brand, and company.
Qualifications
- Must be RAMP certified.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in reading and writing, especially for reservations and table assignments.
- Ability to read, review, and understand seating charts.
- Basic math skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience in a high-volume, service-focused environment.

- Ability to work in a smoke-filled environment.
- Stand for long periods without sitting or leaning.
- Climb, bend, stretch, twist, reach, and work under variable temperatures and noise levels.
- Use stairs multiple times daily and operate elevators.
