Oak View Group is a global leader in venue development, management, and premium hospitality services for the live event industry. We offer comprehensive solutions for a collection of world-class venues, including arenas, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions.

We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals to join our team at an Exclusive Members Only Club Restaurant in downtown Phoenix, operated in partnership with Major Food Group. This fine dining concept requires individuals with a strong work ethic committed to maintaining high standards of cuisine and professionalism.

The role offers an hourly rate of $15 to $20, with benefits including a 401(k) savings plan and matching for part-time roles. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no deadline.

Responsibilities include:
  • Greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, and informing them of specials.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction and striving to exceed expectations.
  • Managing waitlists and floor plans.
  • Monitoring table status and cleanliness.
  • Providing accurate wait times to guests.
  • Organizing the host area and answering menu or restaurant questions.
  • Interacting with guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant preferred but not required.
  • Previous customer service experience strongly preferred.
  • Drive to provide exceptional service.
  • Availability for full-time flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
  • Proficiency or ability to learn POS systems, Seven Rooms, Word, and Excel.
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude.
