Job Description

The Chaz on the Plaza Host is responsible for greeting guests as they enter the restaurant, seating them appropriately, and assisting the servers in providing attentive, courteous service throughout the dining experience. The host also assists the cashier in collecting payments for all guest transactions.

Responsibilities

• Approach all guests and employees with a smile.
• Greet and seat guests at appropriate tables in a timely manner.
• Be attentive to guests' needs and assist in ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Ensure quality control of menus regarding cleanliness and appearance.
• Answer the telephone according to standards.
• Have thorough knowledge of menus and specials.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Requirements
