Bolero Restaurante at Europa Village takes guests on a culinary journey through Spain, specializing in traditional tapas meant for sharing.

We are seeking a part-time Restaurant Host. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service, an outgoing, self-motivated, and energetic personality. Fine dining experience is a plus, but strong customer service skills are essential.

Reports to: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities of the Restaurant Host:

• Embody and uphold Europa Village core values
• Greet guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact
• Interact positively with guests upon arrival and departure to ensure a memorable experience
• Provide accurate wait time estimates when applicable
• Use reservation systems to track table availability
• Assign tables based on party size and server availability
• Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and introduce the server
• Answer guest questions professionally and warmly
• Communicate guest needs effectively to servers, bussers, and managers
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Foster an environment of teamwork by assisting guests and colleagues
• Work comfortably on your feet for extended periods
• Communicate Europa Village's story confidently
• Maintain high personal presentation standards, including a clean, pressed uniform and appropriate shoes
