WE LOVE OUR WORK.
  • Provide fast, friendly, professional customer service to guests and staff. Greet and make guests feel welcome upon entry.
  • Seat guests according to rotation requirements.
  • Maintain seating and reservation records.
  • Monitor table availability.
  • Keep the dining area and cashier station clean and organized, complying with health and safety standards.
  • Assist wait staff and bus persons as needed, such as refilling drinks, pre-bussing, and attending to guest needs.
  • Complete all closing duties at shift end.
  • Know current casino events and direct guests accordingly.
  • Thank guests, invite them back, wish them luck, and facilitate their return to play.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience in a high-volume setting preferred.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
  • Maintain professional appearance standards.
  • Physically capable of mobility with reasonable accommodations.
  • Respond to visual and oral cues effectively.
  • Able to reach, grip, bend, stoop, and twist while carrying supplies; stand and walk for up to four hours; perform cleaning and wiping tasks.
  • Tolerant of industry-standard cleaning chemicals.
  • Able to handle noise and bright lights.
  • Work efficiently in a busy, noisy environment.
  • Maintain a neat, professional appearance and good posture.
  • Physically capable of pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 25 lbs., in various work areas.
