Our Team Members receive:

• Pay $16.50 per hour PLUS average tips of $3.75 - $4.50 per hour (based on other N.CA Urban Plates restaurant locations)
• 75% off meals
• Earn tips for every hour worked, in addition to hourly pay

Primary Responsibilities:

Front of House positions are responsible for delivering superior guest service while processing transactions, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the front-of-the-house guest dining area, patios, and restrooms. These roles also involve suggestive selling of beverages and pastries, and guiding guests through the service line and dining areas.
