Military Appreciation Night: Golden Corral is proud of the U.S. military members who defend our country and our rights. We honor them every year with a special thank you dinner on our Military Appreciation Night. As of 2020, we have served 6 million free meals to active duty and retired military heroes; and raised over $17 million for Disabled American Veterans.
Camp Corral: Camp Corral is a week of fun for children of wounded, ill, injured, or fallen military members. This camp is free for families, and over the past 9 years, Golden Corral has raised $13 million and sent more than 24,000 military children to Camp Corral.
Operational Excellence: Platinum Corral had 11 restaurants earn the Diamond Award for Operations Excellence in 2019. Only 24 such awards were given in the entire Golden Corral brand that year, including the #1 and #2 restaurants nationwide. Excellence was measured by guest counts, sanitation, staff retention, feedback, and community fundraising.
We are seeking qualified managers for our Hickory, NC location.
COMPENSATION: Average annual incomes for our KM's and SM's are $62K-$72K, and GM's average $105K. Performance bonuses are paid every four weeks based on Net Sales and Controllable Income.
BENEFITS: Five-day work week, quarterly PTO, a fifth week off after five years, five floating days annually, 401K after one month, CIGNA medical after 60 days, plus Life, Vision, Dental, and Disability insurance.

Requirements:
- Stable work history with management experience in high-volume, casual, or family-style restaurants.
- Relevant education or college coursework in business or hospitality.
- Successful completion of Golden Corral's management training program.
