We are seeking qualified managers for our Hickory, NC location.

COMPENSATION: Average annual incomes for our KM's and SM's are $62K-$72K, and GM's average $105K. Performance bonuses are paid every four weeks based on Net Sales and Controllable Income.

BENEFITS: Five-day work week, quarterly PTO, a fifth week off after five years, five floating days annually, 401K after one month, CIGNA medical after 60 days, plus Life, Vision, Dental, and Disability insurance.

Relocation is required. We conduct background checks and drug tests. EOE.

Requirements:

• Stable work history with management experience in high-volume, casual, or family-style restaurants.
• Relevant education or college coursework in business or hospitality.
• Successful completion of Golden Corral's management training program.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
