Job summary

LHH is seeking a Controller with restaurant industry experience to lead the accounting department at our Bellevue, WA HQ.

This role oversees a team of 6-7 people, reports to the CEO, and focuses on scaling infrastructure, system integration (Restaurant365, Toast, QuickBooks), and cross-functional partnerships.

Hours are ~40 per week, fully onsite; growth path to CFO or Senior Controller as the company expands. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading accounting across multiple stores, locations or business units.
• Ability to scale accounting infrastructure and implement automated workflows.
• Familiarity with restaurant systems and ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Act as accounting department head reporting to the CEO.
• Own strategic and operational accounting across multi-state restaurant operations.
• Partner with executives on financial topics, operational needs and governance.
• Lead system integration and data automation during rapid growth.
