Job summary

This hands-on role requires at least 2 years in casual dining, strong leadership and communication skills, and a ServSafe certification (preferred). The position offers competitive pay, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' current experience in Casual Dining.
• Restaurant industry experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
• ServeSafe certification preferred (training may be provided).

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the restaurant to ensure guest experience and profitability.
