Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid U.S. ID.
• Willing to undergo a criminal background check and work with minors.
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for lengthy periods and lift up to twenty-five pounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and nurture, grow, and retain the team.
• Deliver great service with fast, friendly, and high-quality food.
• Maintain cleanliness, equipment, and overall operations for safety and efficiency.
• Understand and manage the restaurant's Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.
