Responsibilities

• Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Stand and move for most of the shift and supervise frontline operations.
• Use restaurant equipment including headset, register, and grill.
• Follow brand standards to prepare great food and maintain a clean, inviting restaurant.
• Obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• Arrange travel to home store and other locations for training as needed.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
