Job summary

LV Petroleum seeks a Restaurant General Manager for Miss J’s Cafe & Foster Freeze at the Thomson Travel Center. Lead daily operations, uphold quality and service, and spark a welcoming, high-energy environment for guests and crew.

You will recruit and train the team, manage food quality, safety, and cleanliness, oversee budgets and promotions, and partner with culinary staff to keep menus fresh while driving guest satisfaction and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse team.
• Strong focus on guest experiences and handling feedback.
• Understanding of restaurant finances, budgeting, and cost control.
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
