Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a General Manager to own the performance and success of the restaurant by leading a team and driving operational excellence. You will oversee all store operations, manage staffing, scheduling, training, and ensure safety and brand standards.

This role focuses on driving sales, monitoring KPIs, handling inventory and cost controls, coaching managers and team members, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior management experience in food service preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable and results-driven.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations and team performance.
