Qualifications

• Must complete training requirements including: Development Plan and Capstone Class.
• Ensure restaurant delivers great experiences to guests.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels with sourcing, interviewing, hiring and recognition.
• Provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, and development while holding team members accountable.
• Create effective work schedules to drive sales and control labor costs.
• Ensure service, product quality and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Build a positive culture and healthy team morale as a role model.
• Manage profitability by driving sales and controlling costs while ensuring standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations focusing on staffing, sales growth, cost management, and standards.
• Develop and implement shift schedules and assign tasks to meet business needs.
• Review performance metrics and implement action plans to improve profitability and guest experience.
• Conduct performance reviews for crew and assist with manager reviews.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and local laws.
