• Write effective work schedules and monitor quality of food and service.
• Execute Arby’s Operational Systems for cleanliness and service.
• Supervise and motivate Team Members to perform at their best.
• Review income statements and goals progress with the District Manager.
• Develop Assistant Managers for future upper management roles.
