Responsibilities

• Manages staffing and scheduling to meet guest demand.
• Performs hiring, onboarding and performance appraisals.
• Coaches and develops team members to meet certification standards.
• Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the restaurant.
• Ensures compliance with laws and brand standards.
• Maintains safe equipment and facility maintenance; reports needs.
• Delivers excellent guest service and handles complaints to drive repeat business.
• Monitors operating results and communicates feedback to area coaches.
