Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to meet financial and operating goals.
• Create staff plan and schedules to ensure proper coverage.
• Train and develop managers and staff; provide coaching and feedback.
• Oversee cost controls, P&L, and compliance with safety standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and a WOW guest experience.
