Job summary

Serendipity Recruiting seeks a Restaurant General Manager in Grand Prairie, TX to lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee marketing, staffing, and financial performance to meet company goals and ensure high-quality food and service.

The role demands strong leadership, a focus on safety, and the ability to execute the Annual Operating Plan while maintaining standards across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience running a full-service restaurant operation to meet company standards.
• Ability to drive sales through marketing and excellent operations.
• Strong leadership and training skills for developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Build sales through great guest service and perfect quality product.
• Ensure an effective work schedule; post by 5pm Friday and Monday by 5pm.
• Work lunch and dinner with a 55-hour work week during peak periods.
• Responsible for the safety and security of all employees and customers.
• Attain the restaurant’s Annual Operating Plan.
• Ensure consistent delivery of safe food on every shift.
• Ensure consistent execution of systems to maintain a clean, organized restaurant.
• Purchase food, beverages and supplies and oversee preparation to meet high quality standards.
• Maintain high standards by operating under established performance, profit and operating standards.
• Use Learning Hub training to hire and develop a bench of A players.
• Demonstrate good working knowledge of all equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Ensure all marketing plans are executed on time, including Local Store Marketing.
• Provide leadership with enthusiasm and commitment toward Company objectives.
• Train all employees on cash control systems and credit card security and maintaining a secure restaurant environment.
• Administer procedural guidelines and administrative requirements.
