• Monitor and maintain inventory levels within cost control procedures.
• Complete and maintain all employment-related records.
• Reinforce a customer service mentality among employees.
• Resolve guest requests and complaints promptly and respectfully.
• Hire and develop restaurant crew and management team members.
• Prepare operational reports and develop action plans for improvement.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
