Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants in Memphis, TN is seeking a General Manager to lead a single location to success. You will drive sales, oversee team performance, ensure policy compliance and operational excellence to maximize profits and guest satisfaction.

The GM reports to the District Manager and is responsible for developing staff, controlling costs, and enforcing brand standards while delivering outstanding guest experiences daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years management experience.
• High school education.
• Quick Service Restaurant Experience required.
• Valid Driver's License.
