Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in New York to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, manage budgets, and drive profitability while upholding Taco Bell’s standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in restaurant or retail management with a strong people-management track record.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms; strong written and verbal communication.

• Recruit, onboard, and orient Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop and execute comprehensive training plans; mentor managers and trainers.
• Recognize and reward top performers; foster equity and inclusion.
• Address conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
• Schedule staff to optimize service; coach on CHAMPS standards and rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance and manage budgets to maximize profitability.
