Job description

Goal of the Restaurant General Manager: Responsible for managing the daily operations of hotel outlets, including restaurants, bars, and event spaces. This position oversees service quality and staff management to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Manage daily operations of hotel’s food and beverage outlets.
• Oversee budgets, marketing plans, and objectives.
• Implement sales and marketing programs for food and beverage.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain quality control for food and beverage standards.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; provide coaching and feedback.
• Manage payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and Hyatt standards through daily walk-throughs.
• Coordinate operational needs across departments and participate in meetings.
• Build relationships with guests, promoting the restaurant through interactions and marketing.
• Lead by example, setting a tone of service excellence.
