Cook Out is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant with a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground approach. You will work side-by-side with your team to foster elite customer service and operational excellence.

Elite Compensation Package

Annual Salary: $75,000 – $100,000

Appreciation Pay: $15 per hour (in addition to base salary)

Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonuses based on sales growth and store performance
