Cook Out is seeking a high-energy General Manager to lead busy restaurants with hands-on leadership, mentoring the team, and delivering elite customer service every day.

This role oversees all operations, drives profitability, and builds a culture of excellence through accountability and teamwork. The compensation package includes $75,000–$100,000 annual salary, $15/hour appreciation pay, monthly bonuses, and comprehensive health, retirement, and meal benefits.
