Qualifications

• Strong understanding of P&L and profitability drivers.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant P&L and drive profitability.
• Drive sales through guest service and operations management.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop restaurant staff.
• Schedule and manage labor to optimize staffing.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and brand standards.
• Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Shift Coordinator as needed.
