Compensation starts at $70,000 per year plus bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Drive departmental financial performance by monitoring budgets, managing costs, and optimizing revenue opportunities.
  • Align leadership resources to ensure efficient operations and high-quality guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategic and mid-term plans to meet departmental goals and promote growth.
  • Lead initiatives based on Guest Satisfaction Scores (GSS), Balanced Scorecards (BSA), Associate Engagement Surveys (AES), P&L performance, and turnover metrics.
  • Identify, mentor, and promote high-potential managers to build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations and a positive work environment.
