Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Santa Fe, NM to lead a high-performing team, set service standards, and drive profitable operations. You will recruit, train, and coach Crew and Shift Leaders, ensuring excellent guest experiences and compliance with brand standards.

You will manage budgets, analyze financials, schedule staff, and implement CHAMPS-based practices while fostering inclusion and equity.

Qualifications

• 5 years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards.
