• Basic computer literacy
• Preference for internal promotion from Assistant General Manager
• At least 21 years old
• Background check and drug test clearance
• Reliable transportation
• Business math, accounting, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and grounds maintenance
