Mitra QSR in Mentor, OH is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee three core areas: our people, our guests, and our restaurants, ensuring fast service, great food, and a clean, welcoming dining room.

You will lead daily operations, mentor and motivate the team, maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness, and manage the restaurant’s financial performance to support growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid U.S. ID.
• Willing to undergo a criminal background check and be able to work with minors.
• Must be flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
• Ability to stand for lengthy periods and lift up to twenty-five pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, nurture, grow, and retain your team, and build a culture of excellent customer service.
• Deliver great food with a smile, served quickly in a clean restaurant; speed and quality are priorities.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, equipment, and overall operations to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
• Understand and manage the restaurant's Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.
• Follow all laws and regulations and adhere to Brands/Mitra standards and policies.
