Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant managerial experience required.
• Must be able to obtain a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certification.
• Strong operational skills in a fast-paced food service environment.

• Monitor sales performance and adapt plans to exceed goals.
